1. The holes for holding the brush are too small. Pushing a bigger handle brush through breaks the silicone. 2. The "cleaning" is only soapy water being swirled around at high speeds. To really clean the instructions recommend manually scrubbing them. While the water does offer some cleaning benefits, you will still need to deep clean the brushes, which entirely defeats the purpose for me. 3. Since the lid is too small to hold the brushes, it requires me to stand there and hold them in place, which again defeats the purpose. 4. I felt like I get an easier and better clean by using my normal scrubber glove and soap. 5. The drying "feature" again does not work because the holes are too small to hold the brushes. 6. It saves me no time or effort for any of the "features." Either I spend time shoving brushes into too small holes which takes several minutes or I spend time holding them in swirly water. I might as well just clean my brushes the normal way. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this. It's not worth it and fairly useless in my opinion.

Aside from the issue with the adapter needed. This actually clean pretty nicely. It's good for very small batches of brushes and fits most of them, not all of the brushes type. For the price, it's worth it.

First things first, you have to have the right sized brushes. Smaller ones wont clean at all, but ones way too big will not fit right. Luckily most of my brushes are just right so it fits nicely. Pretty self explanatory on how to use it which is a plus, but doesn't feel too cheaply made. It does NOT come with an the adapter needed to plug it in, which is basically a 5V2A or 2A one so make sure you have one. Granted you probably will from all the other electronics we all buy that need one.

I have a few brush cleaners - this is now my go-to favorite. Works really good. Got my brushes super clean. A little loud but not bad (doesn't sound broken) but cleaned the heck out of my brushes. Easy to use and set up and clean up.
