Very nice and benign facewash for someone here with sensitive skin. The formula leaves your face feeling squeaky clean and tight (which is a feeling that someone with aging skin prefers). The only reason for 4 stars was that they have changed the pump style and I find it squirts a much smaller amount of the formula than it used to, which is definitely not enough to wash your makeup off. Otherwise, the wash is gentle and has a very unaggressive smell.

I have super sensitive skin and typically do not change up my face products at all because I fear it will cause an eczema break out...but I was going to the ocean for a trip and knew I needed a face wash that had aloe in it to help protect my face from any burn I may have gotten. So I decided to buy the travel size of this face wash and give it a shot because I'd read nothing but great things. Instantly I fell in love with this face wash. It stopped my face from peeling, it smells delicious, it feels wonderful when you put it on and it leaves your skin looking dewey and natural. I am absolutely obsessed with this face wash and I will continue to get it ALWAYS! Just a pump or two is all you need for the magic to happen.

I am very impressed with the Onsen face gel wash. I normally don't like to use gel face washers especially, but this one was great to use. I noticed the difference in my skin immediately. Even had a little glow to it. The tightening of the pores you will notice are shrinking after daily usage. Hands down one of the best facial gel washers. I received a very nice sized bottle (5.6 fl. oz) to be exact for free. I only needed to pay the shipping and handling, and that was an awesome deal. Now I am here to purchase again because of that great deal, but now I am adding on a new product which is the purifying facial peel gel.

I have been using this light weight creamy cleanser for a few weeks now and love it! I use it to remove my makeup at night before bed time. I massage it into my skin, without water and it removes all of my makeup, I rinse it with cool water and it leaves my skin feeling clean, and moisturized and it does not feel like it is stripping my skin of its natural moisture. This is a lightweight cleanser that once the makeup is removed, it moisturizes the skin and leaves it feeling fresh, clean and moisturized but not greasy.

I have been using this product since October 13 and I definitely started to see results within just a few days of using the product. This is the only product I have used that actually does what it says its going to do. I am 20 years old and I get very bad hormonal acne on my chin, I have very conspicuous pores on my my nose and I already have fine lines forming under my eyes and around my mouth (thanks to the stress of school). I have very sensitive skin so harsh products that I have used for the hormonal acne seemed to make my fine lines worse. I couldnt find any cleansers before that claimed to help with fine lines, so I tried heavier creams that made my acne worse. Not to mention everything I used made me look red and made my face sting. I came upond this and decided to try it since its a good price and seemed to have very good reviews. I am so glad I did! My pores look smaller, its gentle on my sensitive skin, doesnt make me red or make my face sting, and I wake up the next moring with pimples looking smaller and smaller. My face doesnt look red but looks like porcelain in the morning! Plus, a little goes a long way! Its wonderful! I recommend (so others get the same results) that anything else in your beauty routine that isnt for sensitive skin (and make sure you check the ingredients, not just the label) get rid of. Then you will really see the effects of the cleanser. Also, make sure to check your make up (I started using bare minerals a week ago, Which made a big difference) If you just put the same stuff on your skin that aggravated it to begin with, no cleanser in the world is going to fix that completely. This product will work better (though it still works either way) if you are not counteracting it with harsh products. Another thing I want to mention is that the customor service is wonderful. I ordered this again for back stock and the product had leaked. I called the customer service, left a message and they got back to me within a few hours! The man I talked to was very friendly, apologetic, and promised to send another one as soon as possible. He even took the time to talk with me about the philosophy of the brand and the best way to use the cleanser (I was using it twice a day which is what is directed but he also said you can use it once a day at nightime and then wash with water in the morning if you want to make the product last. But thats only if you feel like you dont need to cleanse in the morning. Now that I have seen the full effects of the cleanser, I think thats what ill do.) this was super interesting and fun. Usually customer service representatives feel rather hurried when you talk to them, but this one took his time and was super friendly! Love this brand! Please dont change anything about this product especially because its perfect!
