Directions absolutely suck. (Not that its difficult to figure out, but laughable that the same worthless directions are printed twice both in English.) Took it out of the box and turned it onnothing! Plugged it in to charge-up. Watched the lights flash between red, green and blue. When light was steady blue, I unplugged it from the charger and attempted to turn it onnothing! Put a tip on, thinking that there might be some kind of safety feature whereby unit doesnt spin without the tipNOPE! Noticed that there was no longer any blue light emitting from the on/off button either. Clearly a dead battery. Oh wellpacked it up and returned to ZeeBooth requesting a replacement. Replacement arrived, same scenario: battery would not hold a charge. Sent the second one back too and ordered these cute makeup brush drying racks instead (ZeeBooth # B098SKN1XF). Ill go back to manually using my silicone scrubber bowl and brush wash solution, stick the brushes in the drying rack and aim a desktop fan at them until dry, thank you very much. That method has got to be less time-consuming than: re-boxing, printing, cutting and affixing shipping labels, and driving to a drop-off place for the returns.

This thing is the coolest thing ever. It has saved my life and my time so much!

This is actually the 2nd one of these I have purchased. The little pieces that hold the rubber piece to the main spinner piece both cracked on my first one, and it wouldn't stay attached to the spinner. But, I love this makeup brush cleaner so much, I just purchased another set!! Easy to use ... and almost dries the brushes completely where you can use again almost immediately!! I will continue to purchase these as long as they make them!!

Pros: Easy to use, looks like it washes the brushes pretty clean and quickly, the drying part is awesome and gets my brushes about 90% dry, charging it is convenient. Cons: Some of my brushes cannot fit in any of the slots provided, need more various sizes.

Motor is weak, doesnt work for any type of fluffy face brush or a brush with a lot of bristles. (Normal face brushes) That alone defeats the purpose for me if I can only use it to clean my small/eye brushes.
