This moisturizer is amazing. It doesnt feel too heavy, it leaves my skin dewy like I like it to be and its calming for my extremely dry/sensitive skin. Only negative is the pump. The first one I ordered didnt work at all. I had to dump it into my hand and the one I just received works, but has a teeny little spout and you have to pump it a million times to get enough out. The hole in the spout needs to be bigger.

I bought this because it was advertised somewhere as being calming for redness and good for semi- oily skin. It is a deep moisturizer so it dries STICKY and after a few hours I look more oily than with other products. I may use it as a night cream or just use it as a travel body lotion going forward but I wont be purchasing again.

TLDR: fantastic moisturizer, one of my best purchases of 2023 by far, if not THE best one. Get this moisturizer, period, no hesitation. I have exceptionally dry skin that gets flakey easily and its especially difficult to treat because its also acne-prone, so most ingredients in other moisturizers that are targeted towards really dry and dehydrated skin break me out. Ive been using this and the matching oat toner and let me tell you, my skin has never felt so soft and smooth and hydrated!! Its so glowy and its a noticeable difference compared to before I started using it. At the time, my skin had dry patches AND active breakouts simultaneously and anything I used to try to remedy the problem just made it so much worse, so me and my skin were s t r u g g l i n g, let me tell ya. I cannot sing enough praise for this oat line. The consistency is wonderful, its thick enough to provide the hydration and nourishment my skin needs but its not so thick that it leaves a sticky residue or just sits on my skin it melts into my skin like butter and leaves the most beautiful naturally lit from within dewy finish that most moisturizers tend to promise but fall flat on. There is almost no fragrance at all except a VERY slight oat smell (as to be expected) but its almost completely unnoticeable. If you look at the ingredients, the list is free from anything that could potentially clog your pores or irritate your skin in any manner. I also struggle with a lot of redness, I think related to rosacea, and Ive noticed that not only does it minimize redness because of how soothing it is, but for me personally it seems as though it prevents my skin from getting irritated to the point of redness. Its also worth mentioning that I incorporate tretinoin into my routine as well, so my skin barrier is fragile and this moisturizer seems to have strengthened it substantially. I have searched high and low for my perfect moisturizer that checks all my boxes and Im delighted to say that Ive finally found it!! Sometimes simplicity is the best route to take.

I was looking for a moisturizer since the one I was using was breaking me out, and saw that this one was recently released. So far I've been using it for two weeks and I think I've found my new holy grail! First off, the value is incredible - over 5 ounces for $21 is unheard of. Second it's very well formulated and perfect for sensitive skin. The name is "intense cream" but it's actually very lightweight, almost like a gel cream. It sinks right into skin and feels moisturizing without leaving a heavy film. I thought it wouldn't be enough at first I can leave this alone as my last step and still wake up without flaky, dry skin in the morning. It has a light scent like oatmeal that's actually pretty pleasant. Best of all, it doesn't irritate my eczema prone skin at all, it's actually very soothing (I think it's the oats)! Between this and the other products I've purchased recently, Purito has definitely redeemed themselves for me since the sunscreen controversy a few years ago. I will definitely continue to purchase from them and I'm excited to try other products as well!
