I ordered this as I had a really annoying patch of skin above my left eyebrow that was dry, flakey , red and just plain bothered me. Nothing seemed to help it at all. Pricey moisturizers promising hydrating results were useless, as were moisturizing face masks, snail mucin, serums, natural ingredients like aloe.... The list goes on. My husband said he didn't even notice it (hmmm...), but I did every time I looked in the mirror. In fact it grew over time. When I wore makeup it just made it stand out more. Yes my husband was being nice as I'm pretty sure he noticed it. It was like a beacon on my left side of my forehead. I had thought about using dandruff shampoo and tried a bit, but it stung and didn't do much. Finally I use this. I expected it to do the same thing as dandruff shampoo since it has the same active ingredient (pyrithione zinc). Amazingly enough after 2 uses it was gone and has stayed gone. I wanted to make sure that it truly had disappeared for good before writing this review, and it's been over a week and half now. So this did actually help when everything else failed. It smells nice, fresh and I only used a small amount to be effective. It did burn just a tiny bit, but nowhere near as bad as the dandruff shampoo. I'm not sure what caused this to happen in the first place, and no it wasn't the end of the world and in the grand scheme of life was an extremely miniscule aesthetic problem. But it's just nice to have it gone. As for my other health issues, if only I could find such an easy, affordable solution for all of them.

After about a week and a half- 2 weeks my face has been clearing up. I use daily to help calm my skin now and and so happy with the results. Ive tried many washes and creams and am so happy with this face wash. Buy it!
