This does a great job of simply melting the mascara off my eyes. I almost cant believe how well this works. I originally bought it because I needed a face wash, I like Korean skincare brands and it was on sale. Ill definitely keep on buying it. Its a good size, a large amount, and it really works so well, I wouldnt believe it if I hadnt used it. The description is accurate - it melts away makeup, but it does not leave behind a film, and it does not really hydrate or dry out skin, it just leaves skin clean.

This is my second time purchasing. I like how soft it feels and how easily it removes my makeup.

This is my first time using a cleansing balm and wow! It's a cream but melts into this soothing oil and feels amazing. Absolutely no stinging, burning or irritation. Recently found out I have perioral dermatitis which is like a redness around my chin and nose so looking for calming formula this did the trick. Definitely a big sized jar for the price. My face isn't dry or tight after the wash. I love that it came with a small spoon to scoop a cup easily use. Very light scent

I have combination of dry and oily skin so this product didn't work well for me personally but it could still work well for others. This product is sadly not cruelty free which I didn't realize when I bought it. As far as preformance goes, it was a nice cleanser but I still got blackheads and pimples while using it and the texture on my skin was disappointing. Id say cleansing with a washcloth is the only way you would get sooth skin using this product. It was easy to use with the little scooper that comes with the container and it's a good size container, lasted me a month with me cleansing day and night every day. I wouldn't call it moisturizing but it doesn't dry out your skin either. It feels nice to put on and it doesn't leave a strong residue. It didn't make my eyes or face burn (I have eczema and sensitive skin) so I can tell the ingredients are natural and not irritating for the skin. The container it comes in is super cute and the balm itself wasn't too thick and it was nice and soft. Doesn't have any artificial smells so it kinda just smells like plants.

I started using the product when an esthetician suggested I focus on rebuilding my skin barrier. I had been using lasers, harsh cleansers and other products that were drying my skin out pretty bad. My skin has been feeling great lately and hydrated. Also removes make up with ease and my skin never feels stripped or tight. I like this product and just ordered some other products from Pyunkang Yul.
