I live in a high desert, have Irish skin, do lots of outdoor activities, and in the past few years, my skin has gone from normal to very dry (Im 50). Ive been searching for a non-chemical sunblock that is effective, doesnt have a white cast, and doesnt irritate my eyes when I sweat. This product nailed it! I used a generous amount on my face this weekend while I built a fence. Sweated a lot and did not reapply. No burning whatsoever. Did not make my eyes sting. Love this stuff. The only negatives are that they dont do a great job helping you figure out what color is best for what skin type. I use bronze when I want a little coverage and pearly sand when I just want a wee glow. It is very moisturizing. For me, this is great, but for those with more oily skin or who are concerned about an oily look, might want to consider a quick dusting of face powder or arrow root powder.

This is great especially if you have dry skin and don't want to use a moisturizer during the summer months. The tint is awesome and it's super emollient. I apply serums then I apply this. No need for primer or moisturizer I don't even use foundation over it. I just add a bit of Ciate blurring powder on my shiny spots and a powder bronzer and Blush and I'm good to go. Don't hesitate. Especially my dry skin ladies and gents.

My skin type is combo, and I have used this product a few times so far and have enjoyed it. I like to pad it around my eyes, and it does not run or sting. The color is subtle (I am fair and purchase the pearl shade). It does not feel greasy to me and a good occlusion for serums. Would buy again.

Effective, tint is strong enough for medium complexions, and easily too deep for me. (one shade tinted sunscreens ) too occlusive for daily use. Im not going in the ocean every day, I dont need a beeswax formula. I really wanted to adore it, but found myself avoiding it, the very greasy finish. Not my bliss. Im a strong believer in what this brand is doing! I wish they had zero waste facial sunscreens that were a thinner consistency, beeswax free, and dewy not greasy finish. Extra points for a tinted shade range ( 5-6: fair, light, med, tan, deep, rich deep).

Bought this because it is tough to find a tinted SPF with quality, safe ingredients for a decent price. I think the price is great for the quality of ingredients! The product goes on fairly easily as it warms quickly once you get it on your fingers. I have fair skin and this tint is fine for the summer, but I can see it looking too tan for the winter. Once it settles I'd definitely set it with a powder (I just use arrowroot powder) because otherwise it feels greasy on your skin when you touch your face! It offers a nice tint that seems to help to even out redness. It doesn't really give too much coverage at all, but I knew that when buying! My only complaint is I wish there was a lighter shade available for winter months! The smell is a little earthy but didn't bother me and I did not notice the smell throughout the day. I will also be trying honest cc cream to compare which I like better, as this is another option with quality ingredients for a more affordable price, however, Raw Elements is definitely the winner for sustainability and packaging!
