This toner from NOWATER smells sweet like cactus juice and has a somewhat sticky feeling that dries down after several minutes to leave plump supple skin. :) The ingredients feature collagen and prickly pear as hero ingredients but also boast niacinamide, Arginine, and adenosine to help plump and soften the skin. This is a super hydrating toner! Cotton squares for application were included which was a nice addition. Drydown time was ten minutes between toner application and the rest of my skincare. If it is still tacky after ten minutes, that is okay. Simply continue with the rest of your skincare routine. The collagen wasn't the thing in the toner doing all the heavy lifting for moisture but the niacinamide and Arginine were. Collagen applied topically is simply a gimmick marketing but the rest of the ingredients are pulling more than their weight to make your skin soft. I think for the size of the toner and the soft sweet scent, this is worth the money. The ingredients are fairly good and make up for the gimmick marketing. :)

This is a really nice sized bottle. It offers up some wipes with it as well so you don't have to use cotton balls. I wanted to read the directions to ensure I was using it correctly but there aren't any. Anything on the bottle other than the name of the brand is not in English. I cleaned my face and got a bit of this toner on the wipe and patted my face with it. My skin is left tacky. It's almost a sticky feeling. I assume as it's because too much toner was used. I would have really appreciated some directions. I will say my skin didn't break out due to sensitivity and does smell nice. It offers up a nice light fragrance.

I'm reviewing Nowater Refreshing Essence Toner, Korean Skin Care for Face, 10.14 fl.oz. This toner is clear and scent-free. It's just a little more viscus than water. I used this right after cleansing my face in my make-up routine, so it went directly onto my skin. It felt refreshing and absorbed quickly into my skin. The toner came with a package of thin application sheets that were helpful in applying the toner. I'm not sure there's enough of them to last through the entire bottle, but I wasn't expecting any, so I'll enjoy using them while they last. The ingredients include glutathione, hydrolyzed collagen, and prickly pear. I've included a photo of the box for a full ingredient list. Although these three ingredients are highlighted in the description, prickly pear (opuntia ficus-indica) is half way down the list and appears after fragrance, and Glutathione is even further down the list. I'm not a chemist, so don't know how much of each of these ingredients is needed to be effective, but thought it worth mentioning. This toner is attractively packaged in a 300 ml clear plastic bottle with a pink pearl shaped lid. The tamper-proof seal under the lid was intact. The MFG date is November/07/2023 with a use by date of May/06/2026. As a side note, this Nowater Refreshing Essence Toner is made in the Republic of Korea.
