This does exactly what it says on the tin. Used a soap that usually degrades quickly, but this thing kept it alive for over a month! Very happy with the utility and durability, I attached it to the outside of my bag, so I cant comment on how well it would work with limited air flow.

Spent 2 weeks throwing this thing all over Europe and it did not disappoint. Wet. Dry. Last minute. Or sudsy. The bag kept my suitcase dry and my bar whole. Recommended highly.

other users said that this pouch allows the soap to dry, but not in humid conditionsin summer humid camping, the soap was still very wet and dripping inside the pounce, even when clipped outside all night. however, the pouch is well-sealed, and you can still use the wet soap, so its still functional.

I bought this for travel. I thought it was a bit pricey but I wanted a good place to carry my 1.2 oz and 2.2 oz argon bar shampoo and conditioner without a gooey mess between uses so I went with it. Also I liked th zipper better than the other roll up option I saw. And far better than a wet mess in the bottom of a plastic bag. They fit perfect in here. At first I wanted to add other body and face bars but this is really not big enough to hold that many. Since I am very happy with my bar shampoo and conditioner, I decided to use it for those and stick with a liquid travel size facial scrub . This is well made nice zipper great size has flat bottom but folds in my carryon bag. I love it perfect for me

It's definitely waterproof and won't leak, but it doesn't dry inside as fast as expected. I used it in the shower and got some water in it, and it didn't dry within 24 hrs. If I'm careful to tip out any water that might have accumulated with use, then the soap definitely doesn't get as soft as in a regular plastic bag or sealed box. So this is better than that, but you can expect some softening around the edges of your soap bar - it won't dry out completely.
