They look like little paintbrushes and are so cute! To my delight they actually work well too. I thought I would set them up for background decor on my makeup table but I find myself using at least one everyday. The fifth one, size-wise, is perfect for getting setting powder on my undereye area and onto my eyelashes before putting on mascara. The price for the unique looking and usable set is a bargain. Perfect for beginners or to give as part of a makeup gift basket.

These brushes are very reasonably priced and sort of interesting. You could buy them as a gift for a young make up lover, but not for someone older or more seriously interested in it. These don't pick up the powder quite as much so I had a hard time getting highlighter and bronzer to show up on camera. In person, they work fine for a subtle finish. The different sizes will work for brows, and next to lash line, and other eye shadows. My toothbrush shaped brushes are more tightly packed with bristles, so these will work for someone who prefers a fluffier brush. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, basic brush set, these will work fine. You can always buy more expensive replacements one by one. These are a nice value for your money.
