The hot chicken dust seasoning from K-Town is the perfect compliment for some quick chicken in the air frier. It really adds another level of spice that makes them similar to dry rub wings from your favorite sports bar. It is also great on fries and I can't wait to experiment with recipes to see how I can implement it. Overall, I didn't find it "hot" but I used it more as a finishing spice versus a marinade.

This is a flavorful way to add a kick to chicken. This seaoning blend is great and adds just the right amount of heat for my tastes. It is easy to control the amount of spice using this type of seasoning as opposed to sauces which coat everything. The quality seems to be excellent and my family is enjoying this product.

This is a decent seasoning powder that tastes good but I am not too impressed. It kind of has a smoky barbeque type of flavor and does not have much heat at all.

Disclaimer, I'm a spice queen; my spice tolerance is pretty high. Please keep that in mind while reading the rest of this review. I used this seasoning on my grilled chicken thighs and air fryer brussel sprouts. It's good! But not spicy enough for something with a big red "HOT" on the label. This seasoning is good as a base, but I felt like I needed to add extra garlic and onion powder, and salt to really season my meat and vegetables well. With the first thing being sugar on the ingredients list, this seasoning did lean a little sweeter than I'm used to. The best thing this seasoning has going on for it? The PERFECT amount of smoke flavor. Other seasonings I've tried that included a smoky flavor has always been way to overpowering. K-town Krack has the perfect amount of smoke flavor that doesn't overpower the paprika or other seasonings that I may add into my marinade.

I love many types of seasoning, but I'm not sure what to think of this one. The MSG gives it an Asian-like salinity while the rest of the ingredients imply more of a Nashville hot type of flavor. I will say that the flavor goes well on roasted meats and vegetables. I really don't like the flavor or texture of the seasoning when added after cooking as a garnish. The seasoning needs time to heat up and cook on the food to fully release its yummy flavor. For a hot dust, it is a fairly mild spice level. If I want Asian MSG-based seasoning or Nashville hot/fried chicken seasoning, there are many more delicious options.
