Great pizza crust. We ordered 5 boxes and only 2 had the packet of yeast.
This crust was delicious. It raised really nice and followed directions to prebake so not soggy. If looking for lo net carbs worth the price to have a treat but pricey to use regularly. It is easier the making cauliflower crust but if can use mixer with dough hook I did like dough better then kneading by hand. Also not easy to find in stores yet.
This is amazing dough, love it as pizza dough, which I use 1/2 box or use whole box as bread! Yes! Warm 1.5 cups water to 110 degrees, add yeast , 1/2 tsp sugar, 6 TBS oil, I use olive, mix 2 minutes in kithenaid(I do not have bread machine) Cover let it rise 1 hour in warm area, punch down , mold into loaf or loaves, bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes, on parchment paper, or loaf pan. Good luck! But its wonderful and I stay in Ketoses and use it sandwiches or yummy French toast! VERSATILITY in 1 box! Thank you King Arthur!

This pizza crust is amazing! As an Italian girl doing keto, I was dying for pizza, and getting pretty worked up about it. I bought this on a whim, made as directed, but added some oregano, basil and garlic powder to the crust once rolled out on the pizza pan. The tase is awesome, the only difference I noticed was a little more chew, but the crust on the edges was crispy, I did not mind at all. I topped with some lower carb sauce, zero carb scamorza and mozzarella cheese and did half w/ meat. It reminded me of old school bar pizza from PA. I immediately ordered 2 more boxes, so I can do calzone and stromboli. My carb count on, half a 12 inch pizza well below my net carb limit for the day.
