I purchased the lemon pepper, Tuscan Lemon Rosemary Seasoning, and Sicilian Garlic Seasoning each is heavy with either cumen or supper spicy. Don't bother with this stuff it is not well balanced

I've used this on grilled chicken, roasted squash, and breakfast potatoes so far and we've loved it on everything. It adds a fresh take to our family's favorites without being salty or too overpowering. A really nice blend of seasonings. Also love they're GMO-free, and the easy to dispense tin- which is magnetic on the bottom by the way! How clever! Will be re-ordering and checking out other seasonings in their line.

And besides fries, I also have enjoyed this on grilled chicken too! Very good seasoning. If you know what lemon pepper traditionally tastes like, then you're going to get that same great taste here too! You get plenty of seasoning for your money's worth!

I have some other spice mixes from Gustus Vitae, so I felt pretty confident when I ordered their Lemon Pepper seasoning to try. Like the others, the container has a magnetic bottom and can be stored on the side of the fridge. Also like the others, the lid has two different openings - a larger oval so big pieces don't get stuck while I'm shaking, and a set of three round holes to use on the off-chance I only want the powdered part of the seasoning mix. I like that this mix has big pieces in it, but they are still a little large for the big oval on the container. I tested out the three round holes and got all the powdered pepper onto the chicken I was cooking. The next time I tried out this mix, I just took the lid off and used my fingers to pinch out what I needed. The mix is very peppery, despite black pepper being the fourth out of nine ingredients. All the flavors mix together well and have enhanced all the foods I've tried it out on.

This lemon pepper seasoning offers a very flavorful addition to food. But when I sprinkled some on a fried egg this morning I noticed a deficiency in the design of the container. The larger flakes of this seasoning did not make it through the holes in the cap (see the first attached picture), so I never tasted the lemon flavor because I think those flakes are primarily from lemon peels. So, think of the holes in the cap as more of a filter preventing an even distribution of all the different ingredients. Likewise, if you look at the second picture attached you will see how the larger opening in the cap pours mostly the larger flakes. In view of the challenge trying to sprinkle this seasoning, I think it would be better to have the larger flakes granulated to a finer size to more easily fit through the cap's holes. Rather than pour too much seasoning out of the larger opening in the lid, it may be best to remove the cap and scoop up a little seasoning with a spoon that you can dust onto your food. Unfortunately, the lid is not a design that easily pops on and off, which led me to another work around... I poured the ingredients into a coffee grinder and solved the problem. Not only can I now sprinkle the seasoning through the holes in the cap, but this also prevents me from crunching on large hard flakes.
