this stuff is amazing it has several types of magnesium. it calls for 3 dropper Fulls for a dose i have been taking 2 and wow. i am more relaxed during the day sleep better at night. i like the liquid so much better than any pill or capsule form i have ever took. was reasonable i thought and has a strong impact id say about 95% of people are mag deficient and completely oblivious how something so simple could impact there well being and have a significant effect on there day to day. soo soo good, best stuff ever. will be buying again. i was generally on the edge of being nervous and a little jumpy had a problem with general restlessness leading to agitation i think that not having enough mag largely contributed to some of it and i went a long time and never even knew it

I have no way of testing or knowing what the actual nutritional contents of these drops are, but what I can speak to is the flavor of them. My daughter has autism and hypersensitive tastebuds, so finding any kind of vitamin supplements for her (a must with severely limited dietary issues) has been nothing short of a nightmare. These fit the bill. I love that this is a liquid supplement, so we can control the dosage size for a smaller body, and that unlike all of the superfoods type liquids, this isn't a huge amount of highly flavored pulpy liquid that there's no way to hide. The flavor on these drops is a pretty mild lemon, and when you're adding it to something that already contains lemon or orange flavoring (in our case, tea, but orange juice or any punch would work as well), the drops become completely undetectable. My daughter agrees - she can't tell the difference between the tea that contains the drops and the tea that doesn't. And we finally have a way to give her calcium that isn't chalky, powdery, or basically require a dairy product to add it to. I'm so happy to have these, as she's at that age where bones are stretching and growing and they really can't get enough calcium, and it's greatly increasing my peace of mind.
