I didn't get out a ruler to see what size these would be when I ordered, I kind of went off the photos. The listing photos are all photoshopped, so not realistic enough for scale. They're little barrel shaped containers, with a nice wide mouth. The threading for the lid is very deep, with at least 6 rings of threads (so a lot to twist them on and off) so they make a good seal to keep your pills secure and clean. There's also a teensy rubber ring to make the seal complete (so you don't over tighten). I didn't try dunking them in water, so I can't say if they're waterproof (or watertight). They're pretty light, but I found that the base part of the container is very thin, not as robust as many of the other trendy "every day carry" objects. I'm just looking for something I can throw in my purse with a few pain relievers or a few days worth of my regular supplements. It's a set of two, different colors (black and the gray is a little bit green). There's a big jump ring on them, but I'd hazard that these wouldn't last long on a set of keys. But fine in a pocket or backpack. The color coating looks like anodize aluminum, so it's going to scratch eventually. I have no regrets ordering these. The price seemed good, and though the photos are confusing regarding the scale of them, they do what they're supposed to.

The pill holders are lightweight with an O ring seal and jump ring to connect to a carabiner or keychain. But they are quite a bit larger than I expected and I cant say theyd be a pocket holder unless you have big pockets. I could fit a week of pills in there. Homer mini figure for scale. I suppose if you want to pack a lot of pills or something that you want to keep dry, this holder will be up to the task!
