I love this stuff! I keep it in my purse/ bag with me so I can just put a few drops in whatever I am drinking (a celcius right now). I will also put it in gatorades, juice, smoothies, protein shakes, or just water. Just make sure that you don't put it in chlorinated water (tap water) or the chlorine will neutralize the minerals.
