I ordered these to help with achilles tendonitis. They arrived in one day, I received all 4 pairs. I chose these because they appeared narrower for women's shoes. I was correct. They fit well in women's shoes if you order the women's . They do not interfere with arch or arch supports which is helpful. They were a good price. Having 4 pairs for different shoes is helpful. They are not as thick under heel as a more expensive pair I bought a few weeks ago. I don't know if this will be a problem.

Cheap, easy to use, stays in place, helps my heel pain

I am furious about receiving two pair of dirty disgusting insoles! They were stuck together and filthy! This is totally unacceptable! Someone's foot juice was in my package

They are easy to use and very comfortable. They make it a lot easier for me to walk. I got them a day earlier than I expected.

I will admit up front, I've not been diagnosed for my foot pain so I am not sure exactly why my heel hurts. I just know it does; from the center and up around the sides. A friend of mine said it sound like plantar fasciitis and recommended these for pain relief. I will say it helped my heel a bit; it didn't get rid of the pain completely. And they adhered to the shoe very well so they weren't scooting around. Here are the reasons I stopped using them and decided to suck it up: They stop mid foot, which meant all day I felt like my foot was half on/half off. They took up most of the height of my shoe which meant all day I was waiting for it to fall off my foot. I suspect - cannot state it as a fact - but I suspect in hot weather, if you aren't wearing a nice pair of socks, the sweat will make them quite uncomfortable. I found the stretched have been managing the pain and so I am blessed enough to feel I can go without them. For those who suffer from excruciating pain, I DO see how these minor annoyances would be just that - minor - and worth giving them a try. They are sturdy and well-made.
