The mask itself is very soft and comfortable and it does a good job blocking light. The speakers are cheap but acceptable for playing some soft music or white noise while sleeping. They're certainly not winning any sound quality awards though. My biggest issue is with the location of the control box/battery. It sits right in the middle of my forehead and for some reason they decided to put it on the inside of the mask with very little padding between it and my face. For that reason, it is very noticeable and presses into your face while wearing it. The box is very hard and doesn't feel great. It's not necessarily painful just annoying. I feel like placing the box on the outside of the mask would have been a much better choice. I may try to use a velcro strip or something to put it on the front of the mask instead of in the pouch it's supposed to go in. It's not bad enough to be a dealbreaker but it is an annoyance. Update: I moved the box to the front of the mask (where it should have been to begin with) and attached it with a velcro strip. MUCH more comfortable there since it's on the outside with no pressure squeezing it against my face as well as a lot more padding between the box and my face. I don't understand why they didn't just put the pouch to hold it on the outside of the mask instead of the inside, very poor design choice. Not changing my rating, because I shouldn't have to modify a product to make it functional, but it is at least much more usable and comfortable now.

I have been using this facemask for two weeks and love it! Its very simple of charge. It connects easily with my phone. Its comfortable to wear. I bought it because I like to listen to an audiobook before bed and my husband likes to watch tv. Now, I can listen to my book without it bothering him and the lights from the tv dont bother me. I can easily lay on my side and the headphones dont bother me.

I have no complaints with this sleep mask in terms of connectivity and comfort. It is also pretty because it is purple and let's face it, purple is the best. But, the ear pieces are sewn in and they are too far back. When I put the mask tight enough to keep it on my head, the earpieces are both about half an inch behind my ear-holes, which says to me that this mask is intended to be used by people with a larger head than mine. I am a woman, but I do not have an abnormally small head (it's 21.5 inches); according to Google, a medium hat would fit me (i.e., a typical woman sized hat). I like that I can pull it tight enough to stay on, but doing so completely changes the listening experience because it is not as loud or immersive. This could be remedied by making the earpieces detachable and sew in different slots the ear pieces could fit into, or by offering different sizes other than this one, which is a large imo. Wearing it looser doesn't work because it's not tight enough to put the earpieces right up to your ears. When I use the palms of my hands to cup the ear pieces to my ears, the sound is amazing! It makes me all the more sad. :-(

I wear earplugs every night. I still can't get a good nights rest with my husbands snoring. It's like a freight train in our every. single. night. I've threatened divorce. He's amazing, truly, but I want to smother him at night. Now, I wear earplugs and this device from the heavens to drown out the man I love from shouting out overnight how lovely his sleep is through his snores. It's not super comfortable as a side sleeper, but I've gotten over that part. My nightly routine, insert earplugs, put on the eye mask and connect to the deep sleep playlist on Spotify. First night I didn't move positions I was in such a deep sleep. I still wake up exhausted, but I blame stress, kids, dogs, work, and of course the obnoxiously loud sleeper of a husband. Sleep is definitely better and would definitely recommend this if you prefer to stay married. I also scheduled an ENT appointment for dear hubby.

I work the late shift and usually have to sleep during the day. I also live in an area close to the local schools so around the time I'm going to bed there's a lot of both foot traffic and actual traffic happening near my home. This mask allows me to assist in blocking out light and tune out the traffic noise when I finally hit the sack. It's comfortable enough to wear all night and the sound quality is actually pretty decent. Battery life is decent as well. I'm not keen on the loud voice guidance for controls. Especially the low battery warning. It's loud and it's persistent. So falling asleep with a low battery state is going to cause you to wake up to a lady yelling at you with a strange accent about how low the battery is on your sleep mask. Otherwise, this thing is pretty awesome.
