I had used Stur when it first came out in liquid form and really enjoyed it. I dont use any sugar so stevia is perfect for me but this powder form of stur is not good. I bought the punch and the lemon - havent tried the lemon yet. Its not returnable otherwise I would!

They're pretty effective at providing a little boost. I gave it 4 stars because it's a little too sweet for my taste and it has maltodextrin, which isn't horrible but is definitely something I can do without. I just figure I wouldn't be getting so much that it would be a problem, and I haven't had any side effects. The other point in their favor is the value/price. Most of these types of packets are to be mixed with 6 - 8 oz of water; each of the Stur packets is for 16.9 oz of water, the amount in most bottles. But beware! Take a slug of water after you open the bottle and before you add the powder. It fizzes up! :-)

I use a packet of the Stur hydration and electrolyte drink mix everyday. The Fruit Punch flavor tastes sweet while containing all natural sweetener and nothing artificial. The powder mixes well and I feel more hydrated after drinking it. Im glad ZeeBooth has this product at a good price.

I love this so much. It's delicious and refreshing. I drink it every day. It's super sweet so I don't use the recommended 16 Oz of water with one stick. That's way too sweet. I add it to a 34 Oz bottle of water and it's still sweet and tastes perfect. I know that I never seem to be able to drink enough water. It's a challenge for me. So having electrolytes helps me stay hydrated by getting more out of the water that I do drink. It's Sugar free and sweetened with Stevia instead of an artificial sweetener.

I bought this to carry in my purse without fear of spilling. I have been using the liquid stur for years. This powdered, individually packaged version of the product has ingredients, like maltrlodextrin, I do not want. I was disappointed by that. The taste was good. I wish it had the same ingredients as the liquid.
