I'm reviewing ThruNite Portable Titanium Pill Cases, 3 Layers, Waterproof, Travel Keychain, 2 Pill Case + 2 Keyrings. This is a well thought out key ring pill holder. It's small, so not for someone taking multiple supplements or large capsules, but smaller pills and capsules would fit just fine. You could fit several small pills or 1 medium to small capsule (up to 0.78" long) in each of the 3 compartments. I see it as a way to keep a few spare pills on hand in case you're out and forgot to take the needed pills along or just need to take a few while on the go. It's smaller than I expected. The measurements in the description are accurate; however, based on the description photos, I thought it would be a bit bigger. It's made of tough materials. These pill holders are lightweight, but look very durable. The pieces screw together readily and stay together once joined. Each section has a silicone O-ring making them moisture proof. Two extra O-rings are included for each pill case. The top piece has a hole that you can link a key chain or chain (to wear around your neck) into which are both included in the set I ordered. I like that there are different options of how to use this pill holder. You can also combine the two pill holders to have 5 compartments linked together instead of 3. I appreciate that it has an industrial rugged feel and would work just as well for guys as gals. There are no bright colors to draw attention. As a side note, these ThruNite Portable Titanium Pill Cases are made in China.

I got these to put on the keys for my husband as he sometimes forgets to take his pills, so he would be able to have some with him. I like that the pill case is metal and has small O-rings between the layers to seal out moisture. The layers screw together and attach well. I do wish the diameter was a little bigger, as I cannot get a larger pill into the cylinder, and even smaller ones sometimes get stuck. There is no hope of a really large pill at all. It would also be nice if some of the layers were longer than others to accommodate capsule shapes better. I can get all of his prescription medications into one of these holders except for one pill that cannot be split, so it works fairly well on the whole. It comes with two rings for attaching to keyring and two chains that could be used for necklaces. I just used the existing rings on our keychains for us.

Very practical and strong material for keeping your emergency pills dry and ready to use on demand. Only room for a few pills though. I wish the container was slightly bigger. Otherwise its perfect for short on demand use.

Well built and light, great for carrying small pills like Claritin, but too small for many every day pills. Im sure if you get pulled over it will be searched for booger sugar cause thats what it looks like it would be used for lol.

I received a reccomendation for this pill case and found the price reasonable, so I made the purchase. I find the case and chain are slim and inobtrusive. The segmented design allows me to compartmentalize my meds. The pill case is watertight yet easy to access and has capacity for my daily prescriptions plus an extra. I would give this product 5 stars out of 5.
