I like this product. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It is easy to swallow. It appears to offer quite a few different benefits. I find that it works best with a good diet and exercise. I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release of the product in my system. I feel generally good when taking this. I would recommend this product!

Not a miracle that does all the work for you, these pills require understanding as well as the required work to make them beneficial. Helping your body reduce fat storage while maintaining your metabolism, you will need to adjust any bad habits you may currently have, such as eating before bed, drinking sugary beverages or anything else that would cause you to gain weight overnight. A proper rest is necessary for the proposed cognitive benefits. Also, when you wake, have a high protein breakfast as that will boost the metabolic benefits of this supplement. With proper exercise and diet (especially knowing when the cutoff should be before bed) you will notice a difference.

The capsules are full of powder, but crimped at the seam so they don't leak or come apart. I took before bed as directed. I didn't suffer from restlessness, indigestion, or any other noticeable side effects.

I have been enjoying these a lot. They are easy to take, pretty standard pill size. I have noticed a little more tone in the morning when I wake up. The directions say to avoid two hours eating before and after, which I may have not been doing, so possible I have not seen the ultimate results. But I do feel slight weight loss in the morning! I would say give these a try, and follow the instructions for optimal results.
