I got this for my daughter after she developed severe allergies to grass and tree pollen when she was 6 years old. Based on the research I did, I was hoping that a probiotic would lessen the severity of her symptoms, and this worked both better and much quicker than I could have hoped! Within 24 hours her symptoms had improved and have remained that way ever since. We give my daughter a tablet a day, as directed. She LOVES the taste and looks forward to her "gummy" every morning. Understand that it's not a cure for spring allergies -- that would be unreasonable to expect -- but it most definitely helps keep the symptoms in check without having to resort to OTC medications (e.g., anti-histamines, steroid nasal sprays etc.), which I am reluctant to give my young child on a regular basis. Also, the cost is at least comparable to, if not better than, competitor products, plus the customer service has been excellent. All in all, I couldn't be happier with this product and highly recommend it.

Whenever my children have stomach issues my pediatrician recommends probiotics. They also recommend them if they are put on strong antibiotics. It's also recommended to take them daily for digestive health however they are typically very expensive in the stores. When I saw the 90 count for this price I wanted to try it. My kids like the flavor - probably a little too much because they kept asking for more. Be sure to keep this in a safe place! The directions just say to take one a day but do not give an age range. The sample I got from the pediatrician of a different brand said ages 6 and up so to be on the safe side I did not give this to my younger kids. So far they have not had any stomach issues while taking this.

My nephew is quite susceptible to several illnesses a year and his father is of the type that demands he be prescribed an antibiotic each and every time he is ill. Though he is slowly learning, the poor kid has taken far too many antibiotics and is now susceptible to the side effects of having done that. Many of the side effects can be averted by taking probiotics for children and adults alike. Though many say to eat yogurt but the amounts of yogurt one would have to consume to avert these effects are far too many. Rather, probiotics resolve those issues when taken with antibiotics from beginning to end of the prescription. He wanted to try these when they came and it is both lucky & unfortunate he actually loves the taste. I worry that kids who like the taste of medicine will confuse them with candy. This poor child has been on such a medical regimen his entire life, thank goodness he does know better. Though probiotics can be taken regularly, I got these specifically for the periods of time when he takes antibiotics and sometimes takes numerous antibiotics back-to-back as he has begun to grow immune to them. These will help keep his gastrointestinal tract going properly and hopefully lessen the number of school days missed and aid in his recovery and are a great price. This is the first chewable probiotic I have had. I take probiotics on a regular basis and I know this said it was for kids, but I try to vary the probiotics I take so that I am not always taking the same strains, and thought it would be good to try. The tablets are not large, only a little over a half an inch or so. They are berry flavored. I wouldnt say the flavor was strong, but it was more like a tart berry taste. I took two tablets each day. Each tablet was 10 billion CFUs and I always try to take at least 20 million CFUs a day. I felt that these worked well for me. I didnt notice any health issues return or become exacerbated while on these so I would definitely have to say they worked for me.

Probiotics benefit the body and I wanted to be able to give my children probiotics but have not been able to find one they like. They actually like to take these chewable tablets. They do taste good, I have tasted them myself. I don't even have to tell them to take it, they ask to take it. It has a nice berry flavor. They are about the size of a dime and are easy to chew. They contain 10 billion live and active CFUs which is a good number. Another feature I love about these is that they use stevia instead of aspartame or saccharin. You get 90 tablets so it will last about 3 months if you have 1 child.
