These are the smallest D3 K2 vitamins I've ever seen. Very easy to swallow. I'm not a chemist, so I can't say I know exactly what's in the pills. But the Kahler website shows a kosher certification, so at least someone is looking over their shoulder. The price is good too.

Im always surprised when I have a good experience with an unknown supplement or vitamin that Im ordering off the Internet, lol. But this one seems to do the job and at a reasonable price. The quality seems good, theyre very easy to swallow, absorption seems good as well as the vitamin D and K amounts. And I think I noticed just a little bit of energy boost, even though Im mostly just taking these to give me the vitamin D and K I need that I havent been getting due to being stuck indoors going through cancer treatment over the past year. But I definitely think I would recommend this as a solid vitamin D and K supplement, especially since you really need the K in order to really get the most out of the vitamin D. So many people seem to be deficient in vitamin D these days, and especially as you get older, you dont seem to absorb as much.

The Zahler Vitamin D3 & K2 formula has been a welcome addition to my daily routine. Without delving into specific benefits, I can say that this advanced formula supports bone density and calcium absorption. The convenience of capsules makes it easy to incorporate into my daily supplement regimen. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and effectiveness of this product.

I live in a northern state of the U.S. and research has shown that a lot of people are already low in vitamin D whether they live up north or not. I figure I'm a double-whammy type case because of living in the north, and I don't spend as much time outdoors as I used to, so I've been taking vitamin D with K2 for a couple years now. Anyway, I figured I'd give these capsules a shot because I'm already somewhat familiar with the brand and have been happy with their other supplements. I found that these capsules are easy to swallow, and I think they're a bit smaller than the "average" capsule size. I cannot speak as to how effective this supplement is because I have no way of knowing other than getting a blood test, but I've had no adverse effects or issues from taking them whatsoever.

I like this supplement. And I'd like to volunteer a bit of extra information about Vitamin D, as it's a very important vitamin. Vitamin D serves many things in your body. Bones, muscles, heart, mood... But most criticallysomething I believe we've all become more concerned with in recent historyVitamin D is super important to your IMMUNE SYSTEM. At the same time, Vitamin D is *NUMBER ONE* on the list of vitamins that modern populations are deficient in. Because while you can get SOME of your Vitamin D from a Vitamin D-rich diet, and your body can even synthesize a tiny amount of Vitamin D, the BULK of your Vitamin D comes from the SUN. Yet we no longer run around naked in the sun all day like our ancestors. We even cover up when we go out in the sun. Good against sunburns. But also bad for Vitamin D. And, if you live far from the equator, where winters are harsh, your sun's UVB rays do not even get strong enough during the winter, even mid-day, to give you ANY Vitamin D even if you were to go outside and try to get some. (At that point you're just running on what your body stored during the summer, as Vitamin D is fat-soluble, and stores, unlike many vitamins that are water-soluble, whose excess comes out in urine.) Sufficed to say, supplementing Vitamin D becomes important. I supplement it even living in a very warm climate. Now, one of the rather few potential side effects of too much Vitamin D, is a build-up of too much calcium in your blood. Hypercalcemia. Vitamin K2 keeps you processing that calcium properly. That is why so many of the Vitamin D3 supplements you find out there are Vitamin D3 + K2. That Vitamin K2 typically comes in one of two forms of good bioavailability: MK-7, which is natural, or MK-4, which is synthetic. The ratio is quite flexible but in the case of MK-7 such as found in this product, you'll typically find something like: for every 125mcg (aka 5000 IU) of D3, you get 100-200mcg of MK-7. As you can see by this product, it is on the more generous end of the range. That was the first thing I liked about it. Generous amount of MK-7 (which unlike Vitamin D3, is not dirt-cheap to produce, either). The other thing I liked was that the capsules are absolutely minuscule. Much smaller than most capsules I take. For both of those positives, which are in my opinion rather significant things, I'm giving it 5 stars even though it's a little bit more expensive than some other options in the vast Vitamin D supplement market.
