One gummy for my 4 year old works wonders and fast than directed. Literally 5-20mins in shes already getting cranky and tired. I was apprehensive to try these with my children because melatonin does not react well with my body. I have been giving my daughters these gummies to sleep for a while (only when needed, she is 6). I give her two gummies because what is recommended by her weight. These gummies are so effective and are the best ones I have tried by far. I will continue to purchase these ones, my daughter also likes the flavor so she takes them without any trouble. If she is having trouble falling asleep I give them to her and they usually work within 45 minutes to an hour, sometimes longer but just make sure your child is already in a relaxed bedtime setting before doing so.
