My sons have Autism and have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep at night. We used to use this same brand but in liquid drops for years. worked great. reasonable price. Now that they're a bit older we've graduated to the chewable version by Zarbee's and they only need half a tablet to fall asleep and stay asleep all night. I recommend not giving it too late at night or they will be groggy in the morning, but this is rare and we don't give it to them later than 9, wake up time is about 7/8 am. Again this will vary greatly on each kiddo, please discuss with pediatrician before taking reviews too seriously.

I give these to my kids if they end up having too much on their mind and struggle to fall asleep. We dont use these daily, just as needed. I half them, and they still do the trick!
