Maybe my foot is too wide for these. I was hopeful they would work, but it was not something I could wear all day and it moved around so decided to return.

These fit my feet very well. They help to cushion my foot especially in sandals. I do wish they were a bit more cushy, but I understand there is only so much material you can add to the foot. I recommend these pads.

As soon as I got these I put them on and started weed whacking my home. they fit right they helped my feet right away my pain was slim to none. Only thing is feet get a little bit more sweaty but it's better than my feet hurting.

You have to wear socks and shoes with this product for it to work. It doesnt work well without any kind of shoe. Flip-flops arent good either. BUT, it solved a lot of my foot pain when I do use it.

I wear a women's size 8.5 so I bought medium. Unfortunately, the pad isn't in the right spot for me. It's too close to my toes. The pad should sit just behind the foot pad, but its directly under the foot pad for me, which puts more pressure on the metatarsals instead of less. I can't pull it down further onto my foot because of the big toe slot. I can't buy a bigger size because this is already a bit loose on my foot for the width. A bigger size will be too wide. It's a nice idea - I wanted something that I could use with any shoe, but this just didn't work with my foot shape. Update: I read some other reviews and want to say that I did not have many of the concerns that others brought up. It is clearly marked size M, not one size fits all. It doesn't cut off circulation. It does slide up if I wear it barefoot. But the package clearly says to wear it with socks for best results. I also find that it stays in place with my favorite crocks.
