Helps me get to sleep, and supplies some extra zinc which is necessary for testosterone production for when I'm not sleeping. Gives me some pretty odd dreams as well. All in all I like the ZMK over several ZMA products I have tried and despite a slightly higher price tag keep coming back to this one.

After just over two weeks of use, the product has not displayed any of the advertised benefits. For reference; I eat a mostly clean diet, train 5-7 times per week with weight lifting and cardio. Will update if anything improves over the duration of the bottle.

The difference in quality of recovery with ZMK is very noticeable. For younger athletes, use of ZMK will most likely provide a guard band and cut recovery time. For older athletes, using ZMK can help prevent recovery drag, in which regular workouts suffer from insufficient recovery.

My all time favorite zma supplement becsuse its just so much more than that. I take 2 in the morning and 6 at nighttime. I am basically a walking erection 24/7 no other zma gives me that boost I'm looking for.

Time and time again this stuff delivers. It's pretty simple and without any critical thinking skills, one could assume how important it is for hard working athletes or pretty much anyone the benefits of minerals for mood, cognition and hormones. Nowadays, it's getting harder to obtain minerals (especially Magnesium and Zinc) and something like ZMK gives you everything you need. You could say that ZMK is a hot rodded version of ZMA. For anyone who isn't familiar with the Krebs cycle google it/read up, you might as well read up the benefits of P-5-P as well everything else that is in the ingredient profile..it's pretty novel and innovative to say the least. I can't count how many bottles of ZMK I've used in the last 12 years. Thanks MST for making great products.
