Make sure you have it where you want it because it will pull off the wall or wherever before the two sides of Velcro release. Im happy with it because I dont plan to remove it anytime soon.

Worth the quality/price! So much better than to buy small pieces. I use it to hang frames on my walls. Just make sure the wall is clean before so itll stick better.

As of right now, I have this tape holding up everything on my walls. Photos, Apple TV, routers, speakers, surge protectors... It's actually crazy how much stuff you can rip off my walls with a satisfying "FFCHHHHHT." However, there is one thing that makes people go "wow, I need that tape, because what you've done here is genius." And that is mounting TV remotes so you will never lose them again. I have one side of this (black) tape attached to the backs of 5 remotes. I have two long strips of the OTHER side attached to my (black) wall right next to the couch. I have all my remotes within arms reach now, and always know where to find them. No longer do I have to search my couch for the damn illusive Apple TV remote! Seriously, this stuff is great for remotes, but it's really just great for everything. It's a good replacement for hardware if you're looking to just mount some stuff easily, especially if you're considering moving them around. Get this and attach it to your remotes. You will thank me.

I used this to put up blackout blinds that I made from scratch, securing the fabric about an inch past the glass on all edges. I had previously tried command strips, those sticky bits that can hold up posters without messing up your wall, but the fabric was too heavy and fell down later in the day. I have only just finished with the velcro installation but it seems to be much sturdier and a better seal all the way around the window. It was easy to cut the strips to the right lengths, easy to make sure the hook side and the loop side were the same length since they're side-by-side on the same backing, relatively easy to cut the hook strips lengthwise for a section that needed to be narrower, and easy to secure to the window frame and blackout material (note that this is a vinyl type of material; I don't believe velcro would stick well to any other fabric). It didn't leave residue on the scissors that I couldn't easily rub off, although I wouldn't use my nicest sewing scissors on it, either. Both sides of the velcro seemed to hold their shape quite well and didn't stretch when I held them taut to apply them in straight lines, but they also were just flexible enough to adjust to an imperfectly straight line (we're talking about a millimeter deviation here) without buckling or folding. My only disappointment was the "dispenser box" which is just flimsy packaging with a well-placed hole in it. Just toss the box, for goodness' sake. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of this velcro and how easy it was to work with. My last piece of advice for those who order it: if you are trying to install a longer strip, only peel off a few inches at a time and press them down as you go. With careful application you can get very professional-looking results.

Handy and must have it at home. Not heavy duty, but good quality, and one can even put some stitches if needed.
