HOW THIS WORKS: It interrupts one leg of your circuit. It does NOT supply 12vDC on K1/K0 (K input, K output). When you supply 12V DC to +12v and GND, you can tap into the ground for your 12V device and then use a jumper from +12V to K1. The positive wire for your device should go to K0. When your relay clicks closed, it will connect K1 and K0, which can allow voltage to flow to your 12V Device. The menu controls are fairly straight forward once you know what P0-P6 mean. The biggest takeaway is to know this interrupts one leg of the circuit you want to trigger.

What a fun little device this is. I am teaching my grandsons electronics. I have picked up a few devices like this for their learning experience. These circuit boards will be teaching them how relays work as well as switches. These are two well made assemblies and the circuit board and components are assembled very well. The operation of both are perfect. This assembly is powered by a 12 power supply (not included) and can operate low voltage as well as higher voltage items. The amperage limit is 10 amps. There are controls that let you adjust the heat that trips the relay and you can trip it going up to temp or down to temp. You can custom set the required temperatures. A delay feature lets you delay activation for up to 10 minutes. Included are 2 circuit board assemblies that are ready to go and two kits used as cases for the circuit boards. All-in-all a very nice item for such a reasonable price. The boys will have loads of fun learning with these.
