This is a whole lot better than what I've been using for years. I ordered this to use on a window that was leaking and it performed very well. No more leaks. This isn't like the old grey butyl tape that dries out in a year and then becomes hard and brittle. This is very soft and spongy almost like a roll of bubble gum. I wish I had this years ago! This is such a vast improvement over the old stuff, I'll never switch back. If you have an RV or camper, this is the stuff you need to get a water tight seal. It's easily cut with a knife or scissors and holds it's shape until it is pressed or compressed. It doesn't squish out when you tighten screws down over it. It keeps it's shape, but flattens out and provides a weather tight seal. I just bought a 32' camper with a slide out. It didn't come with an awning over the slide, but I plan on adding one soon. The slide is 13 1/2' long and a roll of this would do the job with some to spare. I plan on ordering another roll of this tape to use on it because I know it will provide a waterproof seal even with all the movement that a camper sees.

I plan to always keep some of this on hand. It's pliable and easy to work with, especially a bonus when forming it to follow along curved lengths. Over 16 ft of product is enough to cover quite a substantial project around the home What I don't like: There's nothing I don't like about the product. I would order this item again.
