I dont work for the people who made the original walk the plank product, but as an honest person who doesnt want you wasting your money I would advise you to buy the original wood Walk The Plank because it is weighted just right to where the mouse can walk out to the edge of the plank and fall in. This product has so far failed many times to catch a mouse whereas I got 18 mice in a summer with the wooden one. The plank is too light and the mouse realizes the danger right away and doesnt fall in. Wish I had a video to show you but I can see in not the only one giving a bad review. I got this plastic product instead of the wooden one because my wooden one fell in a bucket that had some olive oil in it and it went bad. That said, this product here has the potential to be better because the plastic material can endure moisture better than the wood. I pray that God will help them to build a better product.

I saw this among dozens of others on Shawn Woods' YouTube channel and got the 2-pack for my rural workshop property. I set up one on a bucket in one area where I've seen droppings and another in another area where mice fell into a tub of water on their own. After one night, I had TEN mice in the bucket (zero in the tub; they apparently didn't find it). I took the bucket out and dumped it in the adjacent field, refilled the bucket with about 5 inches of water, and reset the trap with a bit more peanut butter. Easy and not messy. No trap will work on all mice; try multiple traps and keep them guessing. The design isn't perfect; the plank can get stuck in the down position if there's any peanut butter on the underside of the plank. Maybe I'll glue a toothpick there, so it can't go full vertical and get stuck.

Using the same peanut butter as I use on the Victor snap traps, these Rinne Traps have caught 0 mice in my shed after 2 weeks. I went to check on the traps and watched the mouse climb up a stud inside the shed, right next to the trap. Completely ignoring it. My theory is they can't figure out where the smell of the peanut butter is easily enough so don't venture up onto the trap. Went and bought more Victor snap traps today, I'll reload more peanut butter onto the Rinne Traps and the same peanut butter onto the new Victor snap traps and see which catches more over the next week as a direct comparison. I don't have high hope that the Rinne will catch anything. On the plus side, the Rinne traps were easy to assemble and see to function exactly as they should, just my mice ignore them.

I had a previous yard truck that I only used to plow my driveway. Despite trying everything from bounce sheets, sprays, expensive rodent deterrent pouches, traditional traps, and poison bricks the mice took over and destroyed the vehicle. Electrical shorts everywhere from chewed wires and let's not forget the years of my life that were shaved off breathing in the urine/feces they left everywhere. Ended up selling it for rhe price of the plow setup with the bonus of an attached vehicle just to get rid of it. Now I also have a jeep that I occasionally take out wheeling but now due to having little kids I don't have much free time to drive it anymore and it stays parked. I'd be dammed if I was going to let mice do the same thing as they did to my plow truck so I gave these traps a try. They were super simple to setup and as you can see in the pic they work great! I sure as hell wasn't going to count but I would estimate and easy 30-40 were caught from early spring to late summer. Best part is I don't see any evidence of active mice in the jeep (no nests, chewed paper, droppings, and most noticeably the jeep doesn't smell like mouse urine/feces). I am super glad that I gave this product a try and pretty certain it has saved my jeep!
