This pottery pet dish is neither sturdy, heavy, well made, nor durable. It arrived broken, in pieces, a common occurrence. Read the reviews: many report that the dish did not even survive shipping. Customer Service asked me to return it and accept an identical replacement (!!). Wrong answer on both counts. I refused politely and got a refund.

I got two of these bowls for my two cats so they could have matching bowls. I wasnt sure how the quality was going to be because of the only one review so I wanted to be thorough in this review for anyone else thinking about buying these. They arrived perfectly packed with no chips or any issues at all. I have had them for a while now and still no issues. They are the perfect shape for me as I like to have that shape for the cats so they dont get whiskers stress look it up. Its a real thing having a circle Bowl is not a good thing as it stresses their whiskers and can break them, I always look for the oval shaped bowl and they are not that easy to find a good quality one. These bowls are really good quality and really cute as well. Easy to wash. My girls love their new bowls! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good quality ceramic type oval shape bowl for their pet.
