Works great as it separates clumps quickly. Works well for both silica as well as clay litters. Handle does beyond somewhat with large clumps!

I want to start by saying I love this scoop. I usually use corn litter, which I like because it doesnt smell and it doesnt stick to the bottom of her litter box. This scoop is very big and gets all the big clumps out easily (very small ones, not so much, but thats what the weekly replacement is for). Now, with clay litter I had to use doordash to pick up litter while in a pinch. My door dasher picked up clay litter, which isnt a big deal. When I cleaned my cats litter box, some of the litter had formed a clump on the bottom of the tray. It was hard to get off, and dented part of my scoop in the process. It was easy to move back, but safe to say I was glad when my usual litter came in the mail. I love that this scoop is easy to clean, and that it has its own caddy. It works great for me, but if you like clay litter, Id say find a more sturdy scoop.

I was excited to get this hoping it would ease the not-so-fun job of cleaning a multi- cat litterbox. It's okay, but the scoop's gaps are a little too far apart and clumps get stuck in between the wires, or fall through it. Also the handle tends to bend easily. It works alright, I just wish it were a little sturdier and scooped a little more efficiently.

The ONLY thing that would make this better is if you could attach a 3' pole to the end so you don't have to bend over lol. This thing is STURDY and runs through the litter quickly.
