Perfect. Allows you to mount your bottle or bottle-mount accessory higher or lower and includes screws to accommodate thick and thin cages or accessories so the screw's don't go all the way past the plate and scratch the paint of the bike. Seemingly good quality hardware. The aluminum adapter plate is thick enough and well threaded to give you confidence that your cage or accessory is mounted securely and won't become a hazard. 100% worth the price.

I got this so I could move my water-bottle cage upward on my step-through ebike so that I would be less likely to kick it when mounting my bike. It also makes it a little easier to reach the water while riding. The adapter moves the cage up a few inches, which is just about perfect. I used the original black screw on the bottom of the mount (looks better), but I had to use the included flat-head screws for everything else. I found that the cage mounting screw at the very top was protruding a tiny bit through the adapter and might mar the paint, so I added a washer, which solved that problem. Overall, this is a great solution for raising or lowering any frame-mounted accessorieslock, pump, bottle cage, etc.
Complete kit to raise or lower the position of water bottle cage. One pair of bolts for mounting the adapter to the frame cage bosses , two pairs (two different lengths) for mounting the bottle cage to the adapter, and the hex key. The adapter is smooth, i.e. no rough or sharp edges.
