I use these when my dog and I go running in the morning before the sun comes up. Easy to put on and easily visible to any passing vehicles.

I got these for my sons to wear when biking or running. They have lights and reflectors on their bikes, but I wanted another layer of visibility for protection. There are 2 types included: a couple of velcro, and the rest are slap bracelets. The velcro are obviously preferable, as they are flexible as to where you can place them - they can be worn on the arm or leg, or hooked to a backpack strap, or even the bike (though I'd be very careful where they are hanging, not to get tangled in something). They can be worn on bare skin or over clothing. The others are slap bracelets, like the kids' toys. These DON'T work well on bare skin, and are really only comfortable over a shirt or jacket. They could also be looped around backpacks straps or bike bars.

This set is an excellent, inexpensive price, only $6.99 at time of review. It reflects well and I use these for running in the dusk or evening to be more visible to cars. However, they leave black marks on my wrist, probably because of my sweating as I run. However, as they advertise as being for nighttime walking or running, this was an unexpected and unpleasant issue. They are also fine when I wear them over top of my leggings. However, my son used them on his bare ankle and didn't like the feel. They kind of dug into his skin, which was uncomfortable. Overall, for a very inexpensive solution for better nighttime visibility, these work. However, they have some issues and aren't as comfortable as I'd hoped they'd be.

The arm and leg straps work well enough for what I need them for and the snap bands are nice enough, but I've never had much comfort in using them on my eScooter so they now reside on my daughters stroller handle. The reflectivity is super and the brightness of the color is great. The velcro and elasticity has yet to show heavy wear and tear.

I ride a bike frequently in all kinds of weather, in all kinds of clothing. A few years ago I was riding in normal length jean and one of the legs got caught in the chain link. It was not the first time this has happened but this time it ripped the entire leg in half, as if I was wearing a dress on one leg. So, after that I started to wrap velcro straps around the cuff of my pants to keep them out of the chain space. That did eliminate the pants vs. chain problem. But the skinny little straps I was using did not totally keep the cuff out of the way of the chain. Then I got these. They are much wider, have a couple of different fastening options and wrap around the entire cuff. No more problems with pants and chain. Plus, they are great for riding in the dark. I am very visible now with one pair of these on my legs another on my arms, and the quick wraps on my bike. I am very satisfied with these strap on reflectors.
