My 4 year old daughter loves making things, this is perfect for a rainy day or holiday or airplane activity. It includes everything you need and seems like decent quality. Recommend if your child is into flowers or crowns!

Wow! I'm impressed. I order alot of craft items. This one, or $10, is one of the best. You get flexible wire to create the headbands and bracelets. Then you get a really cute leaf ribbon and wired flowers to add. They are all super cute. It turns out excellent. My 5 year old needed a little help with twisting on the flowers. Older kids can do it on their own. This is a great 'cousin craft' when you have kids of various ages. Even an adult can have fun and wear a flower crown for a photo or just for fun. This would make an excellent gift for a child. Or, buy a few sets and make them for a birthday party and then it doubles as the take-home favor. Packaged in a cute little cardboard fold out and not just all crammed in the box. Gift packaging means if you ship this, it looks like a real gift and not just random stuff in a ziploc bag. None of our flowers were crushed or broken. Arrived in perfect condition.

What I like: - A fun activity for a flower fairy fan - Enough materials to make several pieces What I didn't like: - Poor packaging means most flowers were crushed - Lots of litter as everything is in a tiny single use plastic bag - No storage for leftover pieces unless you jumble it up in the box - Not enough flowers included to make four vibrant headresses My daughter loves pretending to be a flower fairy, and so when I saw this Flower Crown & Bracelet Making Kit it seemed like an ideal activity for her. At four years old she is probably a bit young for this kit, but she really got into twisting the flowers onto her crown, and making additional crowns for her mommy and a friend from school. From her perspective this was a lot of fun. Looking at it as a grown up, I was disappointed that most of the flowers were crushed in transit as everything was in tiny plastic bags, squeezed between two folds of cardboard in the box. The paper leaf strips were creased and crumpled, and several flower and berry bunches had broken in their bags. The packaging also meant the table was soon covered in a litter of bit of plastic and twisted wire. Make sure you have a craft box or some extra bags on hand to organize any bits you want to keep. There are not enough materials really to make four crowns and bracelets as shown on the outside of the box, but with a bit of hinting to spread out flowers and berries we succeeded in making three crowns and two bracelets that any flower fairy would be proud of. That being said, it was an enjoyable activity to sit and help her make them. Her excitement and laughter made up for a lot of the grumbles, and for the price it is an ideal rainy day activity or simple idea for a play-date. So I'll put the grumbling adult feelings to one side and give it a daughter approved 4 out of 5 stars!
