I am very happy I purchased these as the original ear pads were falling off and coming apart. These replacements are WAY better than the original and more comfortable! I will recommend them to my co workers when they need to fix theirs. They are not that difficult to install. Just Rip the old Ear Pads Cushions off. They have a little adhesive on the foam part. Just kind of stretch the rubber part on the new ones over the disc of the earphone and work your way around. Fairly simple. I definitely recommend these replacements.

Love em with 1 minor watchout

Great value and did exactly what I needed in order to extend the life of my favorite headset! Comfort is excellent. I agree with other reviews that mention the comfort is superior to the original manufacturer Jabra covers, which cause discomfort after several hours of use. Installation was intuitive, but for me, it was a little challenging with chunky fingers. You have to pull the tight faux-leather-fabric over thin a plastic groove on each circular earpiece on the headset, and work your way around. Took about 10 minutes which isnt long, but its not like you can just clip these on - you have to really work it so finger dexterity is required. My only watchout is that because of the extra padded comfort, they now protrude further off my ears than before my head looks so wide when I wear these (its kinda funny). But it doesnt bother me because the headset works great and the covers are comfortable.
