Great Replacement Screws

I dont know how I manage to lose my plate screws all the time, but I do. I like these replacements. Stainless steel means no rust to deal with. They are made very well. The D-ring is sturdy and easy for my fingers to manipulate. I have multiple brands of tripod heads and these seem to work in all the plate types I have and in my cameras (I use Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras). Threading is good. Good value. Five stars.

Great quality screws for QR plate and more. Pay attention to dimensions

These are very well made stainless steel 1/4 20 screws. It's great for quick release plates for camera as well as the rings. You don't need the wrench or that elusive quarter for mounting or removing your equipment. Pay attention to the dimension and design. Make sure your plates have enough space for the screw head and the length of screw. These screws are not threaded all the way, because of the way they are used, as with QR plates, camera rigs/ frame etc.

Necessity

Always great to have backups. I use this for my BMPCC 6k to mount to a rail riser plate. The d ring tucks out of the way nicely but is big enough to be helpful when tightening in small places.

I needed "D" rings in case I forget a tool in the office.

Some of my tripods, or other connectors for cameras do not have a "D" Ring, but a screw without the "D" Ring part. These allow me to replace the original screw with the D Ring type to rapidly change quick release plate connections and such. Not every piece of equipment will take these and work well with them, but for the items which do (most of mine), they work fantastically well. Hold things nice and tight, and I can make changes more quickly. I love them for the vast majority of equipment they work well with... I think the only thing they did not work perfectly with was just one item, and that is a gimbal attachment... everything else was perfect! Five Stars!
