Extremely happy with this product right out of the gate. On my first try, I experienced continuous, clean energy and focus throughout my day. No Jitters. Made me extremely productive. This is day one. I cannot wait to see how focused and productive. I continue to be in the next 60 days. Money well spent on this supplement.

I'm at that age where stamina and focus are failing fast so I'm always on the lookout for products like this one. I ordered this and another product without additional caffeine. Both products had nearly identical ingredients besides the caffeine. I always start with a lower than lable dosage until I see how it affects me. One capsule was quite enough for me to feel focused and just the slightest hint of that caffeinated feeling but not bad at all. It does not appear to effect my ability to fall asleep, no issues with the afternoon nap. I've noticed I am naturally waking up a bit after sunrise where usually I'm all over the place when I'll wake up. I'm glad I found this but I'll likely save this one for the times I need the extra kick in the pants from the caffeine. Not noticing any gastric issues etc works good.

I can't say I liked or disliked this product. It says very well on the bottle that some of these ingredients may have interactions with meds. I started taking these and my thoughts became very fuzzy and couldn't work as quickly at my job. So all I'm saying is look up the medicine interactions before buying if you take meds.

One Size Does Not Fit All Let me explain. This supplement works well for me. The gloom is gone. But you have to get the dosage right for your age, weight, metabolism and sensitivity. I am a 73-year-old, 5 9 male who weighs 134 pounds. I have always been skinny and on top of that, my metabolism has slowed. The instructions are to take two pills per day. If I followed the instructions, Id be bonkers all day and my wife would not like me very much. I love my wife. I have been having some troubling cognitive issues of late. I forget to turn off the stove. I put the frozen vegetables in the refrigerator instead of the freezer. I buy the wrong items at the grocery store and forget to buy what I went there for. And before taking this supplement, I had very little motivation to do anything. It worries me that Im not paying attention to small things that could morph into big things like driving through a red light. Here are my findings after taking this supplement for two weeks. I take one pill every other day and I feel mentally brighter and more focused. Its clean energy without the rough edges. It contains stimulants like Gingko Biloba and Rhodiola, but not enough to bother me. I do get a bit jittery after three hours or so, but the positive outweighs the negative. I can move from one completed task to another instead of giving up in the middle on the first task. My sleep is not affected. I produce a podcast on storytelling titled Storytelling That Sticks for Business and Life. Writing, recording, and editing a podcast takes a lot of focus and clarity. Its a creative but also very technical process. My brain must work, or I cant get it done. This supplement will help me produce more episodes faster. I can also problem solve. My wife and I like to do puzzles. Prior to taking this supplement, I chose 300 - 500-piece puzzles. Even then Id get frustrated with some of the more challenging parts of the puzzle. We just finished a 1000-piece puzzle that was hard. My mental stamina has improved. I was able to sit there for two hours at a time and patiently and methodically work the puzzle. And I enjoyed it. I have also noticed that my gym workouts are more focused. I find myself adding reps and more weight to each machine. I dont give up as easily. I recommend this product. It works for me, and I believe it will continue to work for me in the long term. I will continue to adjust my dose when needed. Its also a lot less expensive than the other brain supplements that I researched like Mind Lab Pro, Hunter Focus, Stonehenge Dynamic Brain, and Noo Cube. The trick is to get the dosage right. I suggest you start with one pill per day. If that works, try two pills per day. Monitor your energy and mood. Try taking it with or without food. Your age, weight and metabolism play a part in how this will or will not work for you. One size does not fit all.
