Good multi-purpose cleaning cloth that really did better than I thought it would. The metal wire/mesh was surprisingly soft on the large plastic bins I was cleaning. I expected some scratching, but found none. They are good for scrubbing tough stuff and were easy to clean and they gave up the dirt very quickly during rinsing and cleanup. The price isn't great and they aren't that big, so these aren't exceptional cloths, but they are very good and did a fine job. Time will tell if they are really durable, but seem okay so far. Not brave enough to try them on my car yet, but for general cleaning (I'm using for light dish work, some serious outdoor furniture cleaning to date) they do better than I expected. The flat side is smoother than a microfiber cloth and appear to dry just as fast. Overall a very good cleaning product. Not ready to see about scratches on glass and fine painted surfaces (car, etc.) but take care of tough stuff on outdoor stuff so far. As above, pleased with how well they've preformed - price is okay at best. Clean away!

As you can see by the photo, this "wire dishcloth" didn't do ANYTHING like what was shown in the product photos. I used several different cleaning products with it, including an abrasive scrubbing powder, and it still didn't get any better than what you see here (I kept going back and trying again because I was "convinced" it would clean like the photo showed. It didn't.) Also, the crud that came off the pan is definitely embedded in the "dishcloth," and it will have to go through the washing machine before it'll be clean enough to use again. No matter; at least I do have two others to use. I also tried this (scratchy side) on my mirrors, and it worked better there. However, I have other cleaning solutions that actually do a better job than this one does on mirrors, without any CHANCE of scratching (though this cloth did not scratch my mirrors at all). Was I expecting too much? I don't think so based on the advertising. Disappointed in what I received.

I didnt know quite what to expect with these dish rags. Having a metal mesh on one side I was assuming it would scratch the dishes. I was pleasantly surprised how well it cleaned the dishes and then how well the actual rags rinsed out and stayed clean. As it states in the description the fibers of the rag are made out of coconut and are very different. They rinse out much better than a bunch and they can go right in the wash machine or in the dishwasher. They dry very quickly and almost wick the water away from itself. So it doesnt seem to give it an opportunity to grow any bacteria. Pleasantly surprised at how well they work, they were three for $10 so not horribly expensive. time will tell on durability. Ill update in the future.

Like most kitchens, our has an ugly, unsanitary damp sponge with a net scrubber on one side and a conventional sponge surface on the other. And theres an infrequently-used, rusting soap pad by its side, nestled in a wire dish attached to the faucet. Handy? Yeah. But what an eyesore. I saw these and thought it was worth trying them out. Admittedly, Im a skeptic, so Ive taken the ad copy with a grain of salt, with the talk of silver wire - is it really wire? - and coconut fiber that doesnt retain oil and distribute it to glass surfaces, etc. How effective those features turn out to be will be proven over time. At this point, Ive only used one cloth a couple of times, but Im starting to believe. My daily cooking adventures make heavy use of a sous vide circulator with a stainless steel shroud, a multicooker with a nonstick inner pot, and several cast iron pans, such as comals, skillets and griddles. Less frequently used is some copper-bottomed stainless steel cookware. And, of course, plates, utensils and silverware all occasionally need extra attention before or after their trip through the dishwasher. Thats where the scrubber/sponge combination comes into play most frequently, and where these cloths will be put to the test. Ive used the soft coconut fiber side dampened, or with a spray of citrus degreaser to do some wiping down and light cleanup of the exterior of the multicooker, including the top and sides which have some stainless steel parts. It worked very quickly and well, leaving the surfaces sparkling and smudge-free. My cast iron comals, which I use as general purpose searing and stovetop grilling applications in lieu of small, round skillets, are well-seasoned, but still become encrusted with stuck bits of food and require a bit of scrubbing. The scrubber sponge I had been using would do a good job at cleaning these comals, but it would look pretty ugly afterward, with unattractive discoloration from the combination of browned food and grease or oil staining the sponge. In use, the cloth can be folded in half or more, to give a thicker, smaller working surface area, or used as-is. The silver wire side feels quite abrasive, yet not sharp, and appears to be durable. (Time will tell!) The ad copy promises that it will be scratch-free, and it didnt leave any scratches during my initial testing. The edge stitching appears to be exceptionally well done, giving the impression that its going to last more than a few uses, but it remains to be seen how long-lasting the cloths turn out to be. Theyre going to have to last at least as long as a traditional dishcloth to justify the cost. Ive only used this first cloth a time or two, and it was a fairly light clean-up, but the result was promising. The stuck-on food was easily removed with a drop of dish soap, water and a little elbow grease, and the coconut fiber side remained unstained by cooking oil, with no signs of absorption. I cant say that this will not change with repeated use, but I was left with a very favorable first impression. Summing up, good marks at this early stage. I update my reviews when necessary to indicate changing opinions of a products performance and will not hesitate to edit this one to reflect either a positive or negative long-term change of heart.
