I'm surprised that there aren't more companies who make this kind of accessory for a very popular content cam. This one looked like it could have been one of the best and after using it for a while that turned out to be mostly true. The good is that it is very protective of the camera and adds a much needed tripod adapter which dramatically increases the versatility of an already versatile camera, and it does it very inexpensively. The materials are good and using it is super simple. There are only a couple of very minor things that would have made it perfect and the rules are that the top rating should be for the best of the best. SLIGHT IMPROVEMENTS One thing that they probably can't do much about because they have to work with the design of the Osmo camera is that the most often used control buttons become very recessed and thus hard to reach. One possible solution would be to use riser buttons, in other words buttons built into this thing that remotely push down on the two buttons from two larger ones that are easier to access. The other slight thing is that while I like the type of swing lock this uses compared to what other brands are doing it does not lock with a positive click, so it is too easily brushed with a finger and the front of the case pops open. That hasn't happened to me and may not every happen but just a tiny change in the latch could make it lock more securely. YES NO MAYBE This is a must have accessory and I can forgive the two minor inconveniences but still the top rating should be reserved for the best of the best. Hopefully they will listen and make a great product even greater.

Maybe it fits the original Pocket but the Pocket 2 does not fit this holder, period. It's too small and even if you are ok with flexing the plastic, the latch will not close without hitting the buttons. Please change the description. I gave it 3 stars because seems to be built well, it just has a misleading description.

I will probably leave it on all the time to protect my DJI pocket 2. Although the top 2 buttons can't be used with the case, I'm ok with that just for the added protection. I can use it for all of the pocket 2 accessories I bought also. It's a keeper.

It's true that you cannot access the USB-C port on the bottom or the universal port where you connect your phone. HOWEVER, if you are just looking for a way to make the Osmo Pocket compatible with your tripod, this is perfect. It's sturdy, does the job, and the Osmo feels very secure when latched in. Now I can put the Osmo on any of my tripods I already have. If you want to access the ports, they make accessories to accommodate that. But if you're okay without them, this is a good value for the price.

When your OSMO Pocket is locked in place you have all your control buttons accessible and with the ease and unobstructed touch of your fingers like it was meant to be. Nothing has been left unchecked and thought about top ensure you have no hidden issue handling, using and manipulating your OSMO Pocket. DJI top R&D team members rally thought this through. DJI fixes that with what they sell is valued accessories that work the first time and not during there with a file trimming a mandatory needed button access hole that hides more then it shows.
