Great carb replacement kit for my Toro 24 snow blower. Kit had everything to replace all fuel parts from fuel tank to carb. Easy replacement. Direct fit with no modifications.

Installed easily and started on the first pull. Well worth the price. Be careful with the choke stem, it is not as strong as the original. The new choke knob does not fit the stem, you may have to drill a larger hole in the knob or use the old one.

Replaced on a HSK70. Went from a gas fume smelling poor running junk to purring machine

Purchased for my 1995 Aeriens 7 hP snow blower. -When searching by my make model no replacement carburetors showed. I went to jacks small engine and found a different carb number and put it in google search and that took me to an ZeeBooth link. ZeeBooths was a better price and came with additionals. -The carb was a direct fit and bolted on no problems. -This carb has a main jet mixture screw and idle mixture screw. Some carbs don't have. the main jet adjustment. I cleaned out the tank- new fuel filter(included with carb) New fuel line. The line in the kit was way too short. The machine started second pull. -PROBLEMS- This carb has a 3 inch long plastic rod to operate the choke. that is because there is a hood over the carb and the controls are outside the hood. The hood is there because there is no air filter on most snow blowers. So it keeps snow from being pulled in the carb. The control knob that goes on the plastic chock rod was sized too small at the hole the rod goes in. I am pretty sure had a really forced it it would of broken the plastic rod. - Solution. I used the original knob but it was a bit loose so I put liquid gasket (RTV) in it and let it dry a few days- perfect. I was considering using my paint stripping gun to heat up the boss in the supplied knob to soften it up but decided to use the old knob. Next- I wont know if this is really a problem or not until i start working it in snow. The engine runs rich at full throttle. I adjusted the main jet screw trying to get the engine to run clean. When it started to clean up and stop that rich mixture slight miss/blubbering it went lean and stalled. I found what seems like a good spot and left it there. I had to pull the hood back off because the idle mixture was way off now and it was stalling. I readjusted that and drilled a hole in the hood so i can get a screwdriver in to that idle mixture with out pulling the hood. My original Tecumseh carb could be tuned to make the engine run very smooth so I know it is the carbs internals are not that precision. That is not a big deal to me because when this works hard in wet snow it needs to be on the rich side anyway. For 16 dollars it is a heck of a deal I think. Im very happy with this so far and would buy again. -
