Bought this item for my husband and he loves it. Great product
They work well and I can hear very well with them. I love the color and was at 68 percent charged when they came. Really .
Product came on time. However it doesn't entirely work. The lights and charging indicator on the case does not work. Cannot see how much charge there is or if it's even charging. The micro USB port is not centered with the hole in the case so you have insert the charging cable at an angle and pull it up to get it inserted correctly. Once you finally get them charged to use it took forever to connect bc the "name" in the instruction book for the earbuds does not match the name that came up in my Bluetooth list. Book said 5.1 was the name but F9 is what was listed in my Bluetooth list and connected them to my phone. The sound goes in and out between left and right. Sometimes there's a delay between the sound in the left and right. They randomly turn on and off while using them. The on/off sensor on then is also super sensitive and the slightest touch turns them off while using them. I don't know if the power bank part of it works bc again the lights and indicators on it does not work. Not happy with this purchase as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter and is essentially a paper weight at this point.
