Ive been oil pulling for years now and Ive never tried a product like this, Ive only ever used straight up coconut oil, so I decided to give this a try. I have a really bad gag reflex and I initially had a hard time oil pulling because of that and so I didnt know if maybe this would be easier. It wasnt. The liquid is thinner than using just oil but the flavors were very strong. It did end up making me feel a little like I needed to gag and it was hard to do more than 15 minutes of swishing the first time I used this when I normally do 20 no issue with just coconut oil. That being said my mouth felt so fresh and clean after oil pulling and brushing and I think that the clove and mint were definitely a factor in that. I also loved the tongue scraper. Ive been using a silicone tongue brush/scraper thats quite soft but this copper one is much better than that. Overall, I like this oil pulling mouthwash. It definitely makes my mouth feel more fresh than just using coconut oil. I dont think I would buy this regularly instead of coconut oil but I do like the product and may buy it in between bottles of coconut oil. If you want to oil pull but feel like the liquid is too thick then this may be for you. Or if you want a mouthwash and oil pull effect in one product then this is great for that.

I am very impressed both with the quality and presentation of this product. Having tried several different brands of pulling oil, I thought I settled on the best one so far, but this one seems to be beating them all. What I like about this one is the quality of oils and the fact that there is no added sweetener to it - just the natural flavors of Cardamom, Clove and Mint, mixed with 3 oils - Coconut, Sesame and Sunflower (even though I would have been happy with just Coconut oil). After pulling, mouth feels very fresh, and the teeth and gums surely benefit from all these ingredients. Also, here is what I find interesting (and beneficial if it's true): all other pulling oils (at least the ones that I used so far) had Fractionated Coconut oil, while here it's the Extra Virgin Coconut oil which is less processed and thus is more natural and has all its original properties. The only thing which I don't understand is how is Virgin Coconut oil kept in this liquid form all the time - because usually Extra Virgin Coconut oil becomes solid at a certain temperature. However, I am not a scientist and there might be some process to keep Virgin Coconut oil liquid at all times - which is essential for pulling process. It came superbly packaged, along with a good quality copper tong scraper. The bottle was properly sealed and had a measuring cup. Clear instructions on the package and on the bottle. And I very much appreciate the company's contribution (10% of all net profit) to promote children's education and well-being. I can recommend this product without any reservation.

A product review, not a function/operation/activity review. This is what it says it is. Very nice liquid, tastes like the ingredient list. Coconut, mint, sesame, clove, cardamom oils. Comes with a free copper tongue scrubber. I like copper stuff. But, I like the free plastic one O got from my dentist with soft pattern/depth teeth on one side and a hard pattern/depth teeth on the other. This worked, but my free dentist one is better. If you don't have one already, you'll be happy with with this, the stuff tongue scrapers pull out is next-level filthy disgusting. This mouth oil.... is basically missing vinegar to be salad dressing. If that sounds like something you want, get this liquid. My wife didn't last 10 seconds, the mint/clove made her spurt into the sink and she put the rest in the trash can. I lasted 6 or 7 minutes, but this routine lasted longer than my whole morning bathroom routine. I also HAD to rinse profusely and go brush my teeth and Listerine after to get the oily feeling out. I'm not sure it did anything. But if you've done this before or decided to do it in the future... This oil is good oil. The oil tasted ok to me, but eventually got chunky thickish liquid and became hard to swash around and fatigued my cheeks/jaw. It spat out clear, not sure what I was expecting but what exactly did it "pull" from "where."
