I was hesitant to purchase these, sight unseen, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well they worked. I use them every night to fall asleep and they will stay in most of the night......unless I accidently pull them out. Additionally, they are relatively comfortable; I had to try a few different positions for a good fit, though. I have small ears (???) and they fit well. I believe that I removed the stock rubber earbud coverings and replaced them with some others that I had laying around and they seemed to fit a little better. Overall, I think these are great. I haven't ever tried earbuds meant for sleeping but I am very impressed with these. I just got on ZeeBooth's site to purchase another pair, not because the originals are broken, but because I don't want to be without them when they do break and they are half price today! I removed one star because they do not sound as good as other earbuds. Don't get me wrong, they sound good, just not as good as non-sleeping earbuds. I was not blown away by their sound, rather I was surprised that they didn't sound worse.

When I wake up at night, I listen to Podcasts to go back to sleep. I fall asleep with the earbuds in. I really like these earbuds. I have tried several and they are larger and get pressed in my ear. This feels great for about the first 5 minutes. After a while, the fact that they are pressed into my ear, they begin to hurt. These earbuds are smaller and fit in my ear canal. They are long enough that they are easy to get ahold of and remove. I can sleep in these and they do not hurt my ears. Don't know about sound quality or noise cancelation since that was not a concern of mine. I just wanted something comfortable to sleep in, and these are.

I bought these just for sleeping. Im not incredibly concerned about volume or noise cancellation. I REALLY didnt want a microphone in-line and find it annoying. Comfort is my primary concern. They arent technically UNcomfortable, but not incredibly comfortable either. They are larger than the pair I previously used so therefore, not as comfortable. Sound is good. Havent had them long enough to see how durable they are (the reason I didnt buy the same brand I had previously)

Ok, I read the reviews that said these are cheap, fall apart, etc. That might turn out to be true, I've only been using them for a week, but the rave reviews are also well deserved. The sound quality is great if you expect simple earbud quality sound. These are not Bose; there's no thumpin' bass. But that's not what they're for, and I haven't detected any static or volume issues so far. Comfort is fantastic. I put on the medium ear nubs and can sleep all night on my side with minimal discomfort. I say 'minimal' because yes, I can feel it in my ear, but it doesn't wake me up or feel painful. Now, sound canceling. My god. When seated properly on medium volume, I can't hear a thing. My boyfriend snores like a sawmill. Nothing. I used to have serious sleep issues due to being woken up repeatedly by his snoring, and also small sounds that I've become sensitized to, such as my dog trying not to bark at noises outside that SHE hears. Even her littlest rasp would wake me up. But no more! So, even if these fall apart often and I have to replace them, they're worth it, in my opinion. I'll update this review if I change my mind.
