excellent product

helps extend my day on my feet

Didnt help

Being flat footed and on my feet all day I was looking for something to easy some of my ankle pain. All this did was make my feet more uncomfortable and caused chafe on my foot.

Comfort

These are great on comfort and support, the down side is they loose some of the support about 3 to 4 weeks if you wear them daily. Because you get 3 pairs I still would rate them a 5 star because of the value and my feet feels great when I wear them bare feet or with shoes. I just wish the gel pads were little more firmer that would definitely extend the life of the support.

Snug and hard

I had to wear these compression arch supporters for a little bit to give a decent review. (two weeks) They are hard and something the wearer has to get used to. I tend to walk on my tippy toes because the support is so hard. However, I read that this also helps with creating a nice arch. When I don't wear them I find myself still walking on my tippy toes out of habit. These are convenient and they can be concealed under any type of footwear so, I believe that you can create a nice arch for your feet.

UPDATE: Absolutely Incredible!

REVISED 1/22/24 I only wear this product OVER THE SOCK and on my injured right foot, but I did so religeously and continuously for a week before my first run. I wear it all day and night-around the house and with every shoe. It's literally the first thing I put on and the last thing I take off at night. Got in a 3mi run without ANY plantar fascia pain. No pain all afternoon and evening. Next day, another 3mi. NO PAIN. i habe run a total of 24mi in the last tao weeks and have been COMPLETELY PAIN FREE! This was a last resort before surgery. And this $15 pack of 4 is all it took to get me going again. I am absolutely astonished. This WORKS. I cant say how happy I am to be able run again pain free. I still wear it every day all day. Thank you! I have been dealing with plantar fascitis in my right foot for over a year now. Use to run about 25mi/wk and ive been reduced to about 5 since November 2022. There are four major problems with insoles: 1. The height of the insoles varies between each type 2. Cutom orthotics are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. 3. Switching insiles in and out of EVERY shoe is annoying. 4. You can't wear orthotics with sandals. These seems to solve for each of these issues. +They are maneuverable on the foot so that they fit the arch comfortably and provide great support. + Extremely well-priced! + It's placed on the foot or over your sock leaving the original insole in all your shoes. +They can be worn with every shoe and sandal! I reached out to the company to asking if all of the colors are the same arch height and they responded within hours confirming that color is just cosmetic. I've only be wearing it a day and can say I'm thoroughly impressed. I will update this post in a few weeks to let you know if has fixed my plantar fascitis. Fingers crossed!
