Whether or not apple cider vinegar actually lives up to all of its supposed health claims, I dont know. What I do know is that drinking a shot of apple cider vinegar is something that I tried once and will never do so again unless Im adding it to another drink and diluting that vinegar flavor. This includes other things such as pomegranate and beet root powder and has a bunch of different vitamins in addition to the 1000mg of apple cider vinegar per serving, which is 2 gummies. Thus, this $19 bottle will last for 30 days, which is more expensive than a lot of other similar products. In fact, I also have another bottle that includes 90 gummies, has a nutritional profile and ingredient list very similar to this, tastes better, and is $20. In the case of that product, its also a 30 day supply, but the dosage is 3 gummies instead of 2, and you get 1,500mg of ACV, so in the case of both products, each gummy is 500mg of ACV. While this is perfectly fine, that other one is, in my view, better and significantly more economical.

I've lost a lot of weight and even been able to have cheat meals and take apple cider gummies with the meal to lower the glycemic index load. What I like about these the most is the high milligram dosage. I have had others that are 500 mg per gummy and it's just not enough. These come in at a whopping 1,500 mg each. Meaning I only have to take one per meal and if it's a cheat meal I will take two. I have looked all my life for magic diet pill and I've always come up short. It did take my digestive system a couple weeks to get used to the acidity but after 2 weeks my stools are no longer soft and back to normal. So how does this stuff work well it does lower the glycemic load of a meal but more importantly it keeps me super regular. Prior to taking apple cider gummies I would go number two one time a day. Taking these three times a day with a meal I go two to three times a day now. So that's how you get it done by speeding up your metabolism and not having your food travel through your digestive tract really slowly. I will be taking apple cider gummies for the rest of my life and they are also known to be good for heart health. I definitely recommend this brand as the dosage is higher and you get more for your money.

I have really tried to jump on the Apple Cider Vinegar bandwagon since it seems to have some health benefits, but I just have a hard time with vinegar. I was hoping these gummies would not have a vinegar taste to them, but they do. Although it seems like a light taste initially, I feel that the more I chew, the more noticeable the taste is. These ACV gummies are more than just apple cider vinegar. They contain several B vitamins for energy and iodine which helps the ACV work, or at least that is what I read. I have been taking 500mg of ACV for several months. They don't contain B vitamins, just the vinegar with the mother. I prefer 1000mg of ACV and these give me that amount. They taste good and don't cause any kind of digestive issues. They contain the mother which is the healthy stuff in apple cider vinegar. The B vitamins are not a crazy high amount so they don't cause me any jitteriness like high doses do. These do contain sugar in a few forms but there is only 4 grams per serving which, for me, is fine. I don't have high blood sugar or diabetes so I can easily tolerate that. These SM Nutrition ACV gummies are the best I have come across and I have tried about six different brands at least. I like that they have 1000mg of ACV and that they are tasty and contain B vitamins. I also like that they are not made with gelatin and have no artificial flavors or colors. I think, unless I happen across something better in some way, that these will be the ACV gummies I will take daily once my Goli are gone. I get double the amount of ACV for the same price with the added benefit of iodine and B vitamins. And they taste great.

The texture is spot on as well: the gummies are chewy, but not sticky or hard. I can't tell for sure if they are "working", but there's no adverse reactions or ill effects and the gummies are easy and pleasant to take. I like that the gummies also contain B vitamins for energy.
