The 140 mm Blue Series Boning Knife features a slim, smooth-edged blade for cleaning meats. It features a traditional design to efficiently separate the bone from cuts of meat or poultry. Its sharp blade is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and allows you to make precise cuts quickly.

ERGONOMIC AND SAFE DESIGN: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
