I usually never write reviews but after messing around with these with a friend, I thought it would help some people. First and foremost, these are good. They work, and I think they work great, but then again I've never bought other Shrinky Dinks. Here are some tips if you decide to buy them yourself. They shrink to about half, maybe even 1/3 of the original size. So if your original piece is 4 inches, your final product will be around 2, or 1.33 inches. You can use sharpie, colored pencils, and paint markers. The sheets obviously have two sides. One clear and the other... "milky". Bruh I'm not sure what to call it. If you use sharpie, color on the clear side. If you use colored pencils/paint marker, use the milky side. You can use both medias in order to create a "layered" effect. When they shrink, colors are a lot more visible. Notice UFO mator. Also ignore weed-chan. If you use paint markers MAKE SURE YOUR LAYER IS THIN. IF IT ISNT, WHEN IT SHRINKS YOUR PAINT IS GOING TO CHIP AND ITS WEIRD. finish these pieces with resin or mod podge. These made great gifts and even entertained me and my friend, we're literally 17. Get these for your kids or something:)

Ok, so Ive gotten Shrinky Dinks before, the clear ones (because it was all the store had) but I sanded it myself so I was able to use them similarly to these. So I expected the same limitations: -dont use too many layers or else itll warp (both for Posca AND colored pencils) -may need to quickly adjust pieces so they dont stick to each other But I was pleasantly surprised when a piece that used a lot of layers (it got away from me, I had none of the right colors so I had to layer to get the right shades) not only 1) didnt warp, it straightened out just fine, and didnt curl in on and stick to itself 2) didnt have anyone near as fuzzy a texture as Ive had past pieces be! I mean yeah there was still a bit of it, but nothing that took away from the image. Ive had previous designs with about the same or even less layers look way more messed up than these came out. It was a pleasant surprise! I cant say for certain if the difference was just in the plastics texture (since I didnt sand this one myself) or if it was something else, but so far I really love how its reacting to multiple layers! If it keeps it up I may have to get these all the time. They were smaller than I thought theyd be, but thats on me for not checking the size before ordering
