Great product used for quite awhile

I have been taking this Berberine supplement for a few weeks now and have noticed a significant improvement in my digestion and energy levels. The combination of ingredients, including Ceylon Cinnamon, Turmeric, Milk Thistle, Artichoke, and Black Pepper, has been very effective in supporting my overall health.

Didn't expect anything much from these pills except to help with my hearth but so far I feel less tired and have lost 7 pounds in the last month. I do take one pill 15-30 min before every meal. Also I take this with their Horny Goat Weed supplement and ride the Pelaton 30mins 5x a week at a steady pace. Diet is not strict at all

I started taking these 3 weeks ago and for the first week I would get dull headaches so I would take ibuprofen to help with that. That stopped after about 5-6 days in. Then last week I started getting really bad heartburn and I didnt connect that to these pills, just thought it was what I was eating. After about 5-6 days of constant heartburn and taking meds for that I googled berberine and heartburn and sure enough it was linked. So I stopped taking immediately and the heartburn subsided also! So while I had high hopes for these to help aid in appetite suppression and in my weight loss they arent working for me if I have to take other meds to combat the symptoms that go along with taking these. Watch for these symptoms if you take these pills!
